It is the purpose of this guide to help SAIs select and implement appropriate professional qualifications so that they can discharge the requirements of their mandate more effectively and efficiently. The guide sets out key questions and issues that an SAI may wish to ask and address when developing and implementing professional qualifications. The guide draws upon SAIs’ experiences of developing professional qualifications.
