Hotel Booking Procedure

Accommodation should be arranged directly by participants by filling out this Hotel Booking Form. Please forward your completed hotel form without delay to: capetown.reservations@tsogosun.com.

 

Choose your preferred hotel from the three options below and state your choice in the hotel registration form above.

The following two hotels adjacent to the meeting venue CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) are recommended. Availability and special bed and breakfast rates have been arranged for bookings done before 1 September 2016. After this date availability or the special rate will not be guaranteed.

 

(i) Southern Sun: The Cullinan (a 2 minute walk from CTICC)

(ii) Southern Sun Waterfront (a 3 minute walk from CTICC)

(iii) Accommodation is also available at the Westin Hotela top class hotel immediately across from the entrance of the CTICC (approximately 1 minute walk). Unfortunately no discounted rate has been arranged with this hotel. For more information please see westincapetown.com.
