Everyone is recommended to look into flight bookings as early as possible, as 2019 is an eventful year in Tokyo.
The formal invitation together with all necessary information regarding meeting registration, hotel reservations, draft programme etc will be available in the beginning of April, so keep an eye on the CBC website!
