One thing the current Covid-19 pandemic has emphasised is the importance of being able to connect electronically and through other means with colleagues and friends. However, getting connected is not always easy and for many SAIs it has been exceedingly difficult to continue to operate effectively when it is has not been possible to travel, and when many staff are forced to work from home.
