These priorities reflect CAROSAI’s continued commitment to supporting member SAIs in promoting accountability, transparency, ethical leadership, and effective public sector governance throughout the region.
Through this Strategic Business Plan, CAROSAI reaffirms its dedication to collaboration, innovation, resilience, and institutional strengthening. It also establishes a structured framework for implementation, monitoring and evaluation over the five-year period, ensuring that progress can be tracked and that activities remain aligned with the needs of member SAIs and regional stakeholders.
