4 March 2026 at 14:00 (GMT): INTOSAI CBC PEER-TO-PEER PROJECT GROUP WEBINAR
One of the emerging themes we have heard from the peer-to-peer network is that while providers of peer-to-peer support are well placed to provide technical assistance, they are unable to provide funding for needs that may exist within SAIs, such as a demand for new technologies or attendance at external training courses. Our next webinar will explore the Saudi Fund for Improved SAI Performance (FISP), in order to raise awareness of their work which, while not providing peer-to-peer support, can be complementary to the great co-operation work already ongoing in SAIs across the world.
The FISP is a unique, SAI-to-SAI funding mechanism that helps Supreme Audit Institutions in developing countries strengthen their performance and deliver on their mandates. Established by the General Court of Audit of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2020, and administered by the INTOSAI Development Initiative, FISP provides direct, flexible grants to SAIs to address their most pressing operational needs.
Join us to hear more about FISP from Mohammed Alsubaihi from the General Court of Audit. We will explore the benefits and importance of the FISP programme and how it can complement peer-to-peer activity, what can be supported and how to apply. There will be opportunities to ask any questions you may have.
Please find the joining link for the meeting below. The webinar is open to all who are interested in the topic. The webinar will be recorded and shared for those who are unable to make it on the date.
