Der Norwegische Rechnungshof führte eine Peer Review zur Arbeit der EFK mit Evaluationen und QP durch. Die Peer Review soll zwei Hauptfragen beantworten:

1. Ist die Durchführung der Evaluationen und QP von hoher Qualität und in Übereinstimmung mit internationalen Normen?

2. In welchem Grad tragen die Evaluationen und QP dazu bei, die Arbeit der Bundesverwaltung zu verbessern?

Die Peer Review ist im Zeitraum vom September 2007 bis März 2009 von zwei Mitarbeitenden des Norwegischen Rechnungshofes Herr Otto Rongevær Frau Astrid Nyhuus, durchgeführt worden.

La Cour des comptes de Norvège a examiné les activités du CDF en matière d’évaluations et d’audits transversaux. Cet examen par les pairs doit principalement apporter une réponse aux

deux questions suivantes:

1. L’exécution des évaluations et des audits transversaux est-elle de qualité élevée et conforme aux normes internationales?

2. Dans quelle mesure les évaluations et les audits transversaux contribuent-ils à améliorer le travail de l’administration fédérale?

L’examen par les pairs a été réalisée dans la période de Septembre 2007 de Mars 2009 par deux employés de La Cour des comptes de Norvège, M. Otto Rongevær et Mme. Astrid Nyhuus.

The Office of the Auditor General of Norway has carried out a peer review of the Swiss Federal Audit Office’s activities with evaluations and horizontal audits. The peer review aims to answer two main questions:

1. Are the evaluations and HAs of high quality and in conformity with international norms?

2. To what extent do evaluations and HAs contribute to an improvement of the Federal Administration’s work?

The Peer Review has been carried out to in the period from September 2007March 2009 by two employees of the Office of the Auditor General of Norway (Riksrevisjonen), Mr. Otto Rongevær Astrid Nyhuus.
