The review is to be sufficient in scope to determine whether GAO’s system of quality control is suitably designed and whether GAO is complying with its quality
control system in order to achieve reasonable assurance of conforming to applicable professional standards. The peer review was governed by a Memorandum of Understanding
between GAO and the Office of the Auditor General of Norway (on behalf of the peer review team) in December 2013. The peer review was conducted between January and September
2014.
