Many countries are adopting the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). This can often create challenges and opportunities for SAIs. To lead our discussion on this theme, Khalid Hamid, International Director, CIPFA will talk on: “What are the IPSAS and their wider implications for SAIs“. Also, Micah-Tebah Belleh, Audit Manager of SAI Liberia will talk on: “Experiences of adopting the IPSAS on SAI Liberia and supporting the Ministry of Finance”.
The webinar series has been designed primarily for Heads of SAIs and senior managers, but is open to any SAI members who wishes to participate. The webinars typically last for an hour including a brief presentation followed by comments and questions from participants. During this webinar, we are keen for participants to join in to ask questions and share their own experiences.
