The INTOSAI Journal of Government Auditing has recently published its issue for the second quarter of 2025. (Available here.) It is a thematic issue focusing on auditing infrastructure for resilience and innovation and contains a wealth of information and inspiration from colleagues around the world.
The editorial, written by Mr Charles Edward Kichere, Controller and Auditor General of Tanzania, shares SAI Tanzania’s experiences and initiatives related to improvement of infrastructure audits, highlighting the importance of auditors’ role in assessing the resilience of infrastructure in relation to emerging issues such as climate change, population growth and technological advancements.
