A discussion paper for a monitoring, evaluation and learning framework
The publication from the EIP (Effective Institutions Platform) shared below, highlights seven key attributes of good practice approaches in peer-to-peer (P2P) learning, with a view to explore how these approaches can be tracked in the context of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) on P2P learning for institutional change. The paper’s principle objective was to gain a more granular sense of the way in which institutional change and learning is currently understood and recorded as an outcome of P2P approaches, and to identify where there are blind spots.
