The Intosai CBC peer-to-peer workstream is pleased to invite you to an online session focused on learning from peer-to-peer engagements outside of the SAI world.

We have invited external speaker Númi Östlund to share insights from a large-scale evaluation of cooperation between government authorities, i.e. peer-to-peer set-ups in different sectors. The evaluation focused on Swedish central authorities’ reform cooperation in the Western Balkans, and the conclusions could be relevant and applicable to SAI peer-to-peer partnerships.

Númi is a Programme Manager at the Swedish Expert Group on Aid Studies (EBA). Prior to joining EBA Númi led AidHedge, where his work focused primarily on risk, efficiency, and currency management in aid and international development. He has also worked as an evaluator and as a performance auditor at the Swedish National Audit Office, where he also participated in the international peer-to-peer cooperation.

We look forward to an interesting session where we can learn from best practices and lessons learned with peer-to-peer cooperation. There will be ample time for questions and discussion. During the latter part of the meeting there will be space and time to discuss the plans of the peer-to-peer workstream for the coming years, and to hear your input and suggestions.

We are looking forward to your participation.
