Known to most as “Tio”, Mr Tiofilusi Tiueti joined the Secretariat as its Chief Executive in 2015. He led the development of the new BLUE (Build, Liaise, Undertake, Evaluate) SAI delivery approach and the signing of new funding agreements positioning PASAI to move forward with certainty. Also well known to the CBC family, we now wish Tio the best of luck when he leaves his role at the PASAI office this month to become the Minister of Finance for the Government of Tonga.
