Peer-to-peer cooperation is an important mode of capacity development for SAIs. It is one of the key strategies INTOSAI has allocated to Strategic Goal 2 – Capacity Development. In support of INTOSAI and SAI development, the European Union funded a study of peer-to-peer capacity development support to SAIs with the aim of providing the INTOSAI community and its development partners with an overview of the P2P landscape. The report: “Peer-to-Peer Capacity Development Support to Supreme Audit Institutions” will assist in a better understanding of the different models of capacity development support and funding modalities, good practices in P2P that may be disseminated among stakeholders, and possible solutions for bottlenecks to further encourage P2P cooperation.
