Webinars on SAIs audit of donor funds
The annual CBC meeting has this year taken the shape of a series of webinars, covering different themes of capacity building relevance. On October 6 and 7 the final two webinars took place – on the theme SAIs’ audit of donor funds (you will find the recording links at the bottom of this page).
The event attracted a high number of participants, around 200 attendees joined the meeting spread over the two digital occasions. The webinars were opened and closed by the CBC vice chair, Ms Helena Lindberg and moderated throughout by Andrea Connell, Head of international affairs at SAI Netherlands.
A panel consisting of experts and colleagues from all parts of the SAI-donor community had agreed to share their views and experiences on the topic and allowed a very dynamic discussion, with high engagement from the audience asking many questions and sharing their perspectives too.

The CBC will see the outcome of these webinars as the start of a discussion, where we together have identified both good practices and dilemmas, challenges and opportunities. The CBC leadership and secretariat warmly thank all participants and will now look into how we can build on these discussions to ensure that SAIs can be involved in the audit of donor funds in a sustainable manner.
