Webinar 1
(12 and 13 February 2026)
In this first webinar, participants will explore why strategic HR is essential for a Supreme Audit Institution’s ability to deliver high quality, credible audit work. We introduce the “Value Circle of HR,” showing how HR connects directly to a SAI’s mandate and institutional capacity.
The session highlights how effective HR practices strengthen audit quality, resilience, and public trust. A guest speaker will share practical insights on building strong partnerships between HR and leadership. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of what strategic HR looks like in practice and how even small steps can create meaningful progress.
Webinar 2
(12 and 13 March 2026)
The second webinar builds on Webinar 1 and presents practical tools that help SAIs develop HR as an integrated, coherent system. Participants will be guided through key INTOSAI support materials — including ISSAI 150, the CBC HRM Guide, and SAI PMF Domain E — and learn how these tools can inform decisionmaking and strengthen HR processes.
We show how strategic HR directly shapes audit competence, workforce planning, and highquality audit performance. A guest speaker will share a realworld example of implementing a competency framework and the value it created. The session concludes with options for support, networking, and next steps for SAIs wanting to advance their HR maturity.
